Security can be a problem when it comes to protecting your data and your own company information.
Some suggestions: - Make sure your network is secure. How secure is your network? If you are concerned, hire a consultant to determine your security risks and implement a way to make the network resistant to hackers.
- Your confidentiality policy. Do your employees understand your confidentiality policy? We all love to talk. If something is a secret, what measures do you have in place to prevent someone from disclosing information to friends and family? Consult with your lawyer for suggestions.
- Your website. How much information is available on the website? Perhaps you are revealing too much. Consider making your site simpler so your competition can’t benefit.
