CI/BI Benchmarking
I'm doing some benchmarking within the professional services industry to determine appropriate staffing levels, best practices, cutting edge technologies used, etc.
Does anyone out there run a CI/BI function within professional services? If so, are you willing to chat -- I'd be more than happy to share information with you as I'd like this to be a reciprocal sharing of information and as mutually beneficial as possible.

Interview request
Hi,
My name is Safi and I am a member of SCIP UK, as well as working in an FMCG company called Reckitt Benckiser. In addition to working full time in a competitive intelligence role I also study for an MA in Marketing.
As part of the course I am doing a dissertation on competitive intelligence, specifically looking at the factors that influence the reporting of competitive information in a multinational company and issues related to establishing an internal competition network and so would like to interview people on this subject.
The interview should take no more than an hour and in return for participating I intend to make the overall results available to you as well as provide payment of £25.
I am primarily interested in those people that have either implemented or been involved in the set up of an internal competition network, or have been part of an internal competition network.

Joint Meeting w/APMP: Save Sept 25!
We will have a joint meeting with APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) (www.apmp.org) where we'll discuss competitive intelligence from the collection cycle all the way through to winning the proposal.
